Adult Recovery at Beyond Your Mirror offers trauma-informed therapy for adults seeking freedom from eating disorders, anxiety, depression and chronic disordered eating. Our experienced clinicians address the underlying trauma, attachment wounds, and nervous system patterns that often drive food, anxiety, and body-related struggles.
